# Influencer Terms & Conditions

## Commission Structure

- **Revenue Share**: 20% of subscription revenue
- **Attribution Window**: 12 months from signup (configurable)
- **Commission Payment**: Monthly, net of refunds and chargebacks

## Requirements

### ASCI Disclosure Compliance

- Must use #Ad or #Sponsored in all promotional content
- Disclosure must be visible (not hidden in hashtags)
- Disclosure must be at the beginning of video/post
- Failure to disclose may result in commission forfeiture

### Promotional Guidelines

- Only use approved marketing materials
- Cannot make false health/medical claims
- Must follow ASCI Influencer Advertising Guidelines
- Prohibited: Automated signups, fraudulent referrals

## Fraud Prevention

We check for:

- Duplicate device/IP signups
- Velocity limits (max 5 signups per IP/day)
- Device fingerprinting
- Suspicious patterns

## Commission Deductions

- Refunds: Commission clawback for refunded subscriptions
- Chargebacks: Deducted from commission
- Fraud: Zero commission for fraudulent referrals

## Payment

- Payments made within 30 days of month-end
- Minimum payout: ₹1,000 (if below, rolled to next month)
- Method: Bank transfer (India) or UPI

## Termination

We may terminate partnership for:

- Violation of disclosure requirements
- Fraudulent activity
- Misuse of promotional materials
