Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if you haven't used premium features
  • Technical issues: If service is unavailable for 48+ hours due to our fault
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice, we'll refund the duplicate

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • After 7 days from purchase
  • If premium features were used
  • Free trial periods (no charge to refund)

4. Refund Process

Email support@rootsera.in with:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

Processing time: 5-7 business days. Refunds appear in your account within 10-14 business days.
