1. Subscription Plans

• Free: Basic features, may include ads
• Plus: ₹299/month - All features, no ads
• Pro: ₹499/month - Advanced features + priority support
• Teams: Custom pricing - For organizations

2. Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Auto-renewal enabled by default
• Renewal date shown in account settings
• 7-day free trial (if applicable) - no charge during trial

3. RBI E-Mandate Compliance

For recurring payments, we comply with RBI e-mandate guidelines:

• Pre-debit notification: Email sent 24 hours before charge
• Default limit: ₹5,000 (enhanceable)
• AFA (Additional Factor Authentication): Required for initial mandate setup
• Mandate failures: Automatic retry (max 3 attempts) + dunning emails
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through account settings

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
